Policies
Refund & Dispute Policy
If you are billed for a subscription product we operate, you can request a refund for an accidental or clearly incorrect charge by contacting us at contact@appforgesrl.com within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
For custom development services, refunds are handled according to the signed contract or statement of work. If there is a dispute, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions (if applicable) can be cancelled at any time. Access typically remains active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in the product’s checkout or terms.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver digital services and software only. We do not sell physical goods, so returns of shipped products do not apply.

Our services are provided digitally. If any restrictions apply for a specific product or region, they will be disclosed before purchase.
